Hardware & Software Engineering:

Manufacturing:

Manufacturing facility is located in China, with more than 250 employees and a land size of 10,000 square meters. Equipments and capabilities include high speed surface mounting machines, vertical integration, lead-free reflow, wave solder, power supply production, cable assembly, and more.

SMT/DIP mounting services:

Latest technology and brand new machines include: Surface Mounting Machine (Minami), High Speed Surface Mounting Machine (Panasonic), Lead-Free Reflow, Wave Solder and others.

15m DIP line after SMT completion. Professional operators follow up the SOP to process DIP procedures.

Power Supply and Cables:

Customized or standard power supplies and cables are produced and tested on site, assuring high quality and flexibility.

Functionality Testing and Inspection:

All bridge boards pass ICT testing and functionality testing before further processing and assembly. Our high tech tools and well-trained staff assure top standards while complying with testing procedures set by first tier companies such as Pioneer & Sony.

On-site repair and real-time feedback:

Faulty parts and products are exchanged and repaired immediately to minimize loss and maximize efficiency of the production line. Feedback to the Engineering Team and Purchasing Department ensures further improvement and prevention of repeat errors.

Assembly:

Our product assembly includes a 15m and three 30m assembly lines. Standard products as well as customized OEM/ODM requests are processed on three different floors. Each floor and its respective units all have trained and specialized staff to meet our high standards and fulfill our customers' requirements.

Goods are prepared according to the Standard of Packing (SOP) procedures including FQC inspection before further processing and delivery.

Goods and Quality Control:

All shipments released pass OQC quality checks before delivery to forwarder or warehouse facilities. Pallets are prepared with clear labeling and detailed paper work for customs and forwarder.
