The PCB Part Number can be found on the bridge board (circuit board) inside the enclosure. The number is printed on the board itself, either on the front or on the back (you might have to uninstall the board to see the number).
If you have installed the wrong driver or have some driver conflicts, use the Device Manager to uninstall any old or wrong driver first, BEFORE you install the new version.
If your board is listed here but you can not see the Operating System you are using, there is either no driver required and you can use the native mass storage class driver of your Operating System or there is no driver available. If you do not find the correct part number and believe to have a Macpower product, contact us through the Helpdesk. |
